On June 8, the County of Simcoe Warden's Gala, presented by Cortel Group, raised nearly $45,000 in support of United Way Simcoe Muskoka, our partner in building up our communities.
With the earnings from 2023, the Gala has now raised more than $890,000 in support of United Way Simcoe Muskoka over 16 years.

The County of Simcoe is a proud partner of United Way Simcoe Muskoka in part because of a shared mission to build up our communities and residents. The challenges of the past few years have had a disproportionate impact on the most vulnerable in our communities, only increasing the gap for those struggling. Funds raised through events such as this continue to be used to make positive impacts on the social issues that limit opportunities for many vulnerable residents and families.
