​The Chief Administrative Officer has responsibility for overseeing all functions and business activities of the County including delivery of a wide range of services to a growing population. Ranked as one of the fastest growing counties, the Corporation of the County of Simcoe delivers services to over 400,000 county-residents and the single-tier municipalities of the City of Barrie and the City of Orillia.
