OBJECTIVE

To deliver services in a home-like setting in which Residents may live with dignity, independence and in a manner respectful of their way of life, and to create an atmosphere which encourages a healthy social interaction among them, with recognition of the individual’s right to privacy and self-determination. 

To promote a healthy work environment for the staff which stimulates safety, excellence in service delivery, and personal/professional growth

The Villages


Two of the Manors have developed supportive living programs. In Beeton, Simcoe Village provides support on an as-needed basis to seniors in independent living apartments. In Collingwood, the Sunset Village complex is based on the Life Lease model where seniors purchase a lease on a suite which they can sell later if they need to move. Both Villages are designed to be barrier-free and offer access to many programs and services in the adjacent Manors. 

The Georgian Village in Penetanguishene is an Adult Lifestyle Community offering a choice of housing and care options. The Georgian Village has something for everyone, from Market Value Life Lease Garden Homes and Apartment Suites to Assisted Living Apartments, Affordable Housing Apartments and Long Term Care facilities. 

MAID

The County’s Long Term Care and Seniors Services ​facilities provide a safe environment for MAID discussions and services at an appropriate stage of life for family members. Please contact your home’s Administrator for further details or to set up a meeting.​
