The County of Simcoe Paramedic Services periodically runs Save-A-Life CPR Days. During this free training, participants will receive Level A CPR/AED certification. This course includes adult and child CPR, AED and choking modules. There is no cost to attend the event, but participants are asked to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the food bank.
During the November 24 Save-A-Life CPR day which took place at the Angus Recreation Centre, 75 members of the public were certified in the life-saving skills of CPR and defibrillation. Participants at this event also donated 430 lbs of food and $130.00 cash in support of the local food bank.
Our next Save-A-Life CPR event will take place on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The event will be held at Bradford Community Centre, 125 Simcoe Road, Bradford, ON L3Z 2A8. To register for this free CPR A/AED course please click here.
