
We need your help to identify high-quality candidates to help us fill jobs where there are critical
shortages.
Refer your qualified friends, family and contacts to an open position in Long-Term Care, Senior Services or as a Primary or Advanced Care Paramedic or Logistics staff by completing the referral form and attaching a copy of your friend or family member’s resume.
You will receive $250 if your candidate is hired, and an additional $500 if they successfully complete six months of active employment with the County. Be sure to check the policy for more eligibility details. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee may make!
* Please note that the referral form and resume must be received in Human Resources before your friend or family member applies.
