Employee Referral Program

We need your help to identify high-quality candidates to help us fill jobs where there are critical shortages.  

​Refer your qualified friends, family and contacts to an open position in Long-Term Care, Senior Services or as a Primary or Advanced Care Paramedic or Logistics staff by completing the referral form and attaching a copy of your friend or family member’s resume.

You will receive $250 if your candidate is hired, and an additional $500 if they successfully complete six months of active ​employment with the County. Be sure to check the ​policy​ for more eligibility details. ​There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee may make!

* Please note that the referral form and resume must be received in Human Resources before your friend or family member applies.
