By keeping track of your child's developmental milestones right from infancy, you can know a lot more about how your child is growing and learning.  Milestones are things most children can do by a certain age.  We've partnered with the "Learn the Signs.  Act Early" program to bring you these milestone checklists:

How is your child developing?

We believe that you want what is b​est for your child.  Regular screening helps you see if your child's development is on track.  There are many ways that you can access free developmental screening in Simcoe County.  You can speak with a:

  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in your child's licensed Child Care Centre
  • EarlyON Child and Family Centre Program Facilitator
  • Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) Program Facilitator
  • Health Care Provider or Public Health Nurse
