Save-A-Life CPR Day

The County of Simcoe Paramedic Services periodically runs Save-A-Life CPR Days. During this free training, participants will receive Level A CPR/AED certification.  This course includes adult and child CPR, AED and choking modules. There is no cost to attend the event, but participants are asked to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the food bank.

During the November 16, 2019  Save-A-Life CPR day which took place at the Community Hall in Elmvale, residents of the community were certified in the life-saving skills of CPR and defibrillation.  Participants at this event also donated over 200 lbs of food and $115.00 cash in support of the local food bank.

Our next Save-a-Life CPR day will take place in February 2020.  Event details and online registration will be in mid-January 2020.

For more information on these free community sessions or if you have inquiries regarding CPR & First Aid training or the placement or registration of a Public Access Defibrillator, please contact pad.program@simcoe.ca.
