LINX transit service expansion

Route 2: Wasaga Beach to Barrie (Allandale GO Transit). The bus will leave from the Real Canadian Superstore and run south 45th St. South and continue County Road 7 until Highway 26. The bus will then operate west on Highway 26 until Perry St. The bus will then proceed south until Gideon St. Then run along Gideon St. to Huron St. at which point it makes a left on Huron St. and a right turn onto Highway 26. It continues east along Highway  26 until Sunnidale Corners and then proceeds south along County Road 10 then continuing on Brentwood Road to County Road 90. The bus will then operate on County Road 90 to Tiffin St. Then proceeds along Tiffin St. to Essa Road and then into Allandale GO Station.  The route will provide 60-minute service from Wasaga Beach to Barrie, and operate Monday to Friday with stops in Stayner, Brentwood, Angus. Customers will be able to transfer to Barrie Transit at Allandale.  The cost from Wasaga Beach to Barrie will be six dollars.

Route 3: Orillia to Barrie (Georgian College).  The route will provide 50 -minute service from Orillia to Barrie (Georgian College) and operate Monday to Friday with stops at Lakehead University, Georgian College - Orillia Campus, Forest Plain Rd. (Line 15 and Highway 11), Lake Simcoe Regional Airport, Napoleon (Hwy 11 and 93) and Royal Victoria Hospital. Customers will able to connect to Route 1 and Barrie at RVH and Georgian College. The cost from Orillia to Barrie will be four dollars.

Route 4: Collingwood to Wasaga Beach (Formerly Collingwood Wasaga Beach Link).  The route will continue to provide the same service as the Link and will operate seven days week. In Collingwood, customers will be able to connect with Coltrans, and Blue Mountain Transit Link and in Wasaga Beach customer will be able to Wasaga Beach Transit, Stayner Transit and LINX - Route 2 to Barrie.  The cost to Collingwood to Wasaga Beach will be two dollars.

Route 5: Alliston to Bradford West Gwillimbury. The route will provide 60 -minute service from Alliston (New Tecumseth Recreation Centre) to Bradford (GO Station) and operate Monday to Friday with stops at Alliston Mills Shopping Centre (King St. and Nelson St. W.), Church Street and Wellington Street; in Beeton at Main St. and 2nd St. and Main St. and 10th Sdrd.; Bond Head at Simcoe Road 88 and Simcoe Road 27; and in Bradford at Holland Street W. and Smart Centre, Holland St. W. and Toronto St., and GO Station. The cost from Allison to Bradford will be four dollars.​

Route 6: Midland to Orillia. The route will provide 60 -minute service from Midland (Georgian College) to Orillia (Lakehead University) and operate Monday to Friday with stops in Victoria Harbour at Richard Street at Albert Street, Oakwood Community Centre (290 Park Street); in Waubaushene at Sturgeon Bay Road at Pine Street; in Coldwater at Coldwater Road at Michael Anne Drive; in Warminster on Highway 12; and in Orillia at West Ridge Blvd at Monarch Drive and Lakehead University. The cost from Midland to Orillia will be six dollars.​
