Place material out on the Monday of your collection week. Use Kraft paper yard waste bags, compostable bags, cardboard boxes, or open-ended rigid containers (such as old recycling boxes or garbage cans). Brush must be bundled and tied. Bundles must be no larger than 30 cm in width and no longer than 2 metres. Individual branches cannot exceed 7 cm in diameter.
- DO NOT place yard waste in your green cart.
- DO NOT place large amounts of dirt and/or rocks in yard waste
To ensure collection, leaf bags, rigid containers and bundles of brush must be visible and fall within the County's weight limit of 20 kgs per container.
