Electronics Collection

electronics collection.
O
ver 650,000 kgs. of electronics and electrical items end up in the County's residential garbage stream each year. Help us keep electronic waste out of the landfill. Save your obsolete electronics for collection this June or take to a waste facility year-round.

Blue, electronic bags were mailed, however, if you didn't receive one, or require more, clear bags can also be used.  Place sealed bags out at the curb on your regular collection day at 7 a.m. of your electronics collection week.  Click here to determine your week or check the map below. Larger items can be placed at curbside 2 feet from carts. The County reserves the right to refuse collection if improperly set-out or over-weight items. This program does not apply to residents of Barrie or Orillia.
