Will neighbours of the site be compensated?

Compensation will be considered once impacts of developing the facility at 2976 Horseshoe Valley Road West are fully understood. The process to determine need for compensation will begin with finalizing the site layout and design (including selection of organics processing technology) and determining how both the transfer and organics processing facilities will operate on a daily basis.
