About Georgian Residences - Retirement Living 60+
Georgian Residences Retirement Living residents can enjoy an outdoor patio, central dining, spa and shower rooms (if support is needed), amenity spaces, and all community programs and services of the
Georgian Rendezvous Village Centre. Variable support programs and services are available and can be tailored to suit the residents' specific needs to ensure comfort and safety and the everyday enjoyment of their home within Georgian Residences. In addition, Georgian Village offers a wide variety of amenities and activity areas for resident's use and enjoyment at the
Georgian Rendezvous Village Centre, the hub of this vibrant community.
Total of forty-two (42) apartment units ranging in size from 390 sq. ft. to 526 sq. ft. Features include:
- studio and one (1) bedroom suites
- barrier-free accessibility
- barrier-free washroom/shower with provision for stacked washer/dryer
- small kitchenette (no cooktop) - microwave and mini-fridge included
- mechanical/electrical provisions for apartment-size stackable washer and dryer
- non-slip residential flooring
- operable windows
- direct/indirect lighting with illuminated switches
- full air-conditioning system, air exchange/exhaust system with independent thermostat control
- Nurse Call system with 24 hour support
- sound and fire-rated environment including efficient and environmentally friendly building systems with LEEDS Silver Certification

- spa shower rooms (if support is needed)
- variable programs and support care services provided

- care package is identical to permanent retirement residents – 3 daily meals, 1 bath/week, 30minutes/day of personal care, weekly clean of unit and laundry of bed linens and towels weekly, call-bell in room and recreational programs
- $125 +HST/day (with no restrictions on length of stay, based on availability)
- medication management is $275.00/month extra. This can be pro-rated depending on the length of stay

Georgian Village is a smoke-free campus. This includes all private units and common areas. There are designated smoking locations located on the campus. This measure will protect tenants from the increased risk of fire, and the known health effects of second hand tobacco smoke, and support the health and safety of tenants, staff and the general public.
Domestic animals are limited to small dogs and cats (spayed or neutered, vaccinated and licensed by the Town), small caged birds and aquarium life (50 gallon tank limit). No other animals or birds of any kind will be permitted. A maximum number of two (2) pets per unit will be allowed (with the exception of aquarium life).
