Life Lease Housing - Practical information about owning a Life Lease
Life Lease and Market Rental Garden Homes are intended for independent living mature adults and seniors 60+. Residents have access to quality programs and services right at their door step as and when required. Georgian Village is a smoke-free campus. This includes all private units and common areas. There are designated smoking locations located on the campus. This measure will protect tenants from the increased risk of fire, and the known health effects of second hand tobacco smoke, and support the health and safety of tenants, staff and the general public.
Domestic animals are limited to small dogs and cats (spayed or neutered, vaccinated and licensed by the Town), small caged birds and aquarium life (50 gallon tank limit). No other animals or birds of any kind will be permitted. A maximum number of two (2) pets per unit will be allowed (with the exception of aquarium life).
