Midhurst/November 26, 2021 – The County of Simcoe is hosting two virtual public information sessions on Monday, December 6, 2021 from 2 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 7 p.m. to gather resident feedback on the design and layout of the County's proposed 50-unit affordable housing development in the Bradford settlement area.
The project addresses urgent needs for affordable housing for seniors, families and residents. The proposed new low-rise building will create an additional 50 units in the area and include office and program space for community and social service agencies, allowing more people to have stable and affordable housing and services where they can continue to contribute to their community for themselves and future generations.
The virtual public information sessions will begin with a presentation followed by a moderated question and answer session.
