Midhurst/May 18, 2021 – Sandbox Centre, in partnership with County of Simcoe, XcelerateHER, Grant Thornton LLP and RBC, invites business and organizational leaders to join us on June 9, 2021 for another Ask an Expert virtual session to learn about the impacts that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on women in business and the window of opportunity that lies ahead to ensure a more inclusive recovery.

- Rise of flexible working and benefits of new working practices
- How businesses can communicate cultural values of inclusiveness to every member of the organization
- Views on whether new working practices will impact women's career trajectories long-term
- Progress towards further gender parity in senior management
