On November 11th at 11 a.m., we encourage all residents to pause as we express our gratitude for and remember the courageous individuals who have selflessly served and sacrificed for our country. We also recognized the ongoing dedication and commitment of our current peacekeepers, who continue to uphold and expand upon the proud legacy left by our veterans. The National Remembrance Day Ceremony, which will be live streamed on Facebook by The Royal Canadian Legion and shared by media partners, provides an opportunity for us to come together as a nation and pay tribute to our Canadian Forces unwavering dedication to upholding the values of freedom and peace.
