HS 12-084 - Joint Emergency Services Station - Clearview
Recommendation
THAT Item HS 12-084 being an update on the Joint Emergency Services Station in Clearview Township be received;
AND THAT the necessary by-law be presented to Council Council to authorize the Warden and Clerk to execute the facility Co-Ownership and Management Agreement substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 to Item HS 12-084 and all other authorizing documents in connection with the transfer of part ownership in the lands the station occupies including the applicable water and storm drain easement agreements, substantively in the form attached as Schedule 2 to Item HS 12-084.

HS 12-086 - Paramedic Station Potential Relocation Follow Up
Recommendation
THAT staff be authorized to proceed with the planned relocation of an Alliston Paramedic Station as outlined in Item HS 12-029 (March 2012) with the planned use of a post location in Adjala-Tosorontio as outlined in Item HS 12-086.

HS 12-087 - Technology Interoperability Framework - Data Sharing Agreement
Recommendation
THAT the necessary by-law be presented to County Council to authorize the Warden and Clerk to enter into an agreement to participate in a sharing of paramedic services operational data as outlined in Item HS 12-087 with neighbouring Emergency Medical Services agencies and dispatch centres, substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 to Item HS 12-087.

THAT Item HS 12-083, regarding an update on the Georgian Village Redevelopment Project, be received;
AND THAT the Human Services Committee recommend a Council appointed representative from the Georgian Village Working Group to serve on the Georgian Village Fundraising Cabinet.

HS 12-092 - Amendments and Addition to Schedule F - Service Accountability Agreement (L-SAA) - North Simcoe Muskoka and Central Local Health Integration Networks
Recommendation
THAT the necessary by-law be presented to County Council to authorize the Warden and Clerk to execute four (4) separate acknowledgements with respect to five (5) amendments and one (1) addition to Schedule F of the Local Health Integration Network Service Accountability Agreement (L-SAA) for Georgian Manor, Simcoe Manor, Sunset Manor and Trillium Manor, substantively in the form attached as Schedule 1 of Item HS 12-092.
