Save-A-Life CPR Day

The County of Simcoe Paramedic Services periodically runs Save-A-Life CPR Days. In this free training, participants will receive instruction and certification in the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s CPR level- A course.  This course includes adult and child CPR, AED and choking modules. There is no cost to attend the event, but participants are asked to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the food bank.

At the last Save-A-Life CPR day at the Allendale Recreation Centre in Barrie , 444 lbs of food and $73.25 in donations were collected for the Barrie Food Bank. At this event we certified 116 members of the public in the life-saving skills of CPR and defibrillation.
