The Performance Management Committee is responsible for matters related to Finance and Administration, including budgets; Strategic Planning, Human Resources; Technology; Clerk; Purchasing/Asset Management; Customer Services; Archives; Library and Museum. The Performance Management Committee reports to Simcoe County Council.
