Why was my Waste, Organics or Recycling not collected?Why was my Waste, Organics or Recycling not collected?<p>Garbage, Organics or Recycling may be left behind for a number of reasons.  Although this is upsetting there is usually a reason and <a title="Hyperlink to Customer Service Page" href="/CustomerService/Pages/about.aspx">Customer Service</a>​ will help to resolve this for you. Is your material set out correctly?  Was it out by 7am on your collection day?  Is it overweight or contains ineligible material or not properly sorted?  Please go to the Solid Waste Management page for <a title="Hyperlink to SWM Curbside Information" href="/SolidWasteManagement/Pages/gro.aspx">Waste and Recycling Information and Set Out Guidelines</a> for more information.  If you feel your garbage met these requirements and should have been collected please contact <a title="Hyperlink to Customer Service Page" href="/CustomerService/Pages/about.aspx">Customer Service.</a>​</p>

Where can I get recycling bins or green organics bins?Where can I get recycling bins or green organics bins?<p>Blue and grey bins recycling bins are $5 each and green organics bins are $15 each.  All are available for purchase at all <a title="Hyperlink to SWM Landfill Page" href="/SolidWasteManagement/Pages/locations.aspx">County Landfill Sites and Transfer Stations</a>.  There is usually ample inventory at all locations but please contact <a title="Hyperlink to Customer Service Page" href="/CustomerService/Pages/about.aspx">Customer Service</a> prior to your visit to avoid disappointment.  New residents find out more about the New Residents'  Program by contacting <a title="Hyperlink to Customer Service Page" href="/CustomerService/Pages/about.aspx">Customer Service</a> .​</p>
