Long Term Care
The County of Simcoe takes great pride in the four Long Term Care Homes it owns and operates. Each of the Four County of Simcoe Homes is accredited by the Canadian Council of Health Facilities Accreditation. The standards for this accreditation cover the physical environment of the facility to ensure that it is safe, appropriate for the delivery of care and conducive to the well being of the residents and staff, as well as the systems and structures related to the delivery of health care.
Our mission is "to provide effective, high quality, safe and efficient Long Term Care services in a homelike setting for the clients and families that we serve".

Adult Day Program
The County of Simcoe Adult Day Programs are unique in that they bring Day Program services to small rural communities. This innovative approach keeps elderly and/or disabled individuals closer to their communities and reaches individuals who might not otherwise have access to programming services.
