How will the final site plan be determined?

Many factors will determine the final site plan. The location of buildings within the 4.5 ha footprint will consider constraints such as setbacks from the property line and environmental features, findings from the technical studies, topography, and operational efficiencies. In addition, distances from sensitive receptors and buffer distances will be an important consideration. Finalizing the site plan will include consultation with various agencies such as the local municipality, Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority, Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, and the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change as it must comply with all municipal and provincial legislation.
