The County of Simcoe has recently received a complete draft plan of subdivision application for the subject lands. 

Proposal

The subject property is approximately 27 hectares (67 acres) in size and is located within the Snow Valley Settlement Area.  The proposed draft plan of subdivision consists of: eighty-seven (87) single-detached lots, one (1) storm pond block, one (1) parkette block, one (1) sewage pumping station, two (2) leaching bed blocks, two (2) blocks to be deed to adjacent land owner, one (1) block for access to private walkway and easement access to adjacent property, three (3) private walkway blocks, one (1) future street and four (4) new municipal roads. 

County of Simcoe staff has commenced review of the application and has circulated the application materials to the prescribed persons, public agencies and aboriginal communities for review and comment.

Please note that the required statutory public meeting will be held on a date to be determined and that further notice of this meeting will be provided in accordance with the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13. and will also be posted to this website.

If you wish to be notified of the Decision of the County of Simcoe in respect of the proposed draft plan of subdivision, you must make a written request to the County of Simcoe Planning Department, Administration Centre, 1110 Highway 26, Midhurst, Ontario L9X 1N6, identifying County File Number SP-T-1606.
