The County of Simcoe has recently received a complete draft plan of condominium application for the subject lands.
The subject property is approximately 0.6 hectares (1.48 acres) in size and is located within the Settlement Area of Cookstown. The proposed draft plan of condominium consists of: sixteen (16) new residential units and common elements driveway and parkettes. The applicant is proposing eleven (11) townhouses, four (4) single detached dwellings and one (1) existing single detached heritage dwelling that will remain in the form of a vacant land plan of condominium. Two related consent applications have been submitted to create two single detached dwelling lots fronting onto King Street South and abutting the common elements driveway.
County of Simcoe staff has commenced review of the application and has circulated the application materials to the prescribed persons, public agencies and aboriginal communities for review and comment.
Please note that the required statutory public meeting will be held on a date to be determined and that further notice of this meeting will be provided in accordance with the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13.
Effective May 1, 2017, the County of Simcoe delegated approval authority for plans of subdivision and plans of condominium to the Town of Innisfil. If you wish to be notified of the Decision of the Town of Innisfil in respect of the proposed draft plan of subdivision, you must make a written request to the Town of Innisfil Planning Department, 1201 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil, ON L9S 1A1, identifying Condominium File Number I-CD-1701.
