"We have ambitious targets of creating 2,685 new affordable housing units in Simcoe County by 2024," said Warden Gerry Marshall. "We're already making a dent with more than 400 new units created since 2014, but the only way we can attain our goals is through greater partnerships, creative solutions and out of the box strategies."
The forum is being hosted with support from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
